So I was reading my October Edition of Dirtwheels and came across an article on a fuel injected Banshee. Apparently "JSR Performance" in Wichita Kansas have developed a kit to convert the old Banshee's from a carburetor set-up to one with a throttle body and injector. It's been interesting to see how well fuel injection has been working on the new, top of the line race and utility machines so I guess it really should not be that big of a surprise that someone has come up with the idea of bringing this to the banshee. This should greatly improve their emissions readings and one can only hope that Yamaha is paying attention and they develop their own fuel injections system for the Banshee which meets current emission standards so we can start seeing Banshee's on yamaha's show room floors once again
