Carb

My 02 LTZ 250 will not stay running I can start it but as soon as i give it fuel it dies. Rebuilt the carb new jest the whole thing. The only thing I didnt change was the was something to do with the float it was seperate I found out later and runs about $50 at the dealer.
Is there an aftermarket carb i can put on thats cheaper. the bike is stock and is my wifes plan on giving it to my kid soon.

It would be cheaper just to set up the carb you got now correctly. If you don't know what your at just bring it to someone who does. If she shuts down when you give her gas your way rich.
