I was just wondering about roost protectors; never owned one up to this point. Up to this point I can say that I have never flipped, rolled or otherwise removed myself from my bike unless it was my intention to step off and i'm hoping I can keep this going for a long time to come. However after many near deaths i'm looking for something to help protect my back and chest area if I end up bailing. Am I just being mislead by the name or are they just strong enough to protect you from your buddies roost? I was looking at the thor sentinel protector. Anyone with any experience with this item got anything to say about it; good and bad I would like to hear it.
