I have a '92 warrior been working on her for a couple weeks now. It started with a nasty stall on a down shift. Towed it out of the woods started once we got it out. Now had a nasty rattle...stopped ridin it. Sounded like top end. Did a valve adjustment. Still rattle. Checked oil filter metal shavings all over it. Lower compression than it should be about 100 psi. I pulled the top end apart cylinder was clean no scaring at all. There is a hot spot on the right side crank tho so I'm not sure what that is. Then pulled the bottom end apart more shavings on the bottom of the case. There is no visible sign of thrashing parts other than the shavings so I am stumped. Looks like white metal soft. Almost seems as if a washer may have sheered and been rattling around and jammed it up but I'm not sure. Anybody ran into a problem like this in any type of quad?

Any Experience or suggestions would help
Cheers
