suzuki valve clearances?

Righto, so i got given a 'Suzuki 250 Quadrunner' to get going from the bloke i work for...

Eventually got it to fire up but she farts and crackles. Going off the plug its also running ****in rich. When i get around to it ill have a look at the carb but thats after i do the valve clearances...

Just wondering if anyone can tell me the valve clearances? It may already be on this site but i couldnt find anything...

Intake Cold 0.03 - 0.08 mm 0.001 - 0.003 Inches

Exhaust Cold 0.08 - 0.13 mm 0.003 - 0.005 Inches
