2006 Yamaha Kodiak 4X4

I have decided to sell my 2006 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4X4. It has 262 miles on it, a winch and has been maintained very well. I am trying to decide what to ask for it. What are your thoughts on asking price. Thanks
