2000 Yamaha Warrior Leaking Oil

I bought this quad over this summer for my little cousin for his birthday. I am rebuilding it and I am going to surprise him on his birthday. Everything is done except for 2 things. The first thing is that there is oil leaking from the front sproket. The casing is not cracked so I'm not real sure whats wrong with that. The second thing is that the rear brakes have no preasure. I checked the spring on the pedal and that is not broken and the copper bushings in the caliper are still good so I'm stumped. Any help is appriciated.

Check the o rings and oil seal on the engine it might be leaking, you might need to bleed your rear breaks or better yet overhaul i.
