1996 trx300ex Question?

Hello everybody, new guy here just picked up a 1996 trx300ex, can u guys tell me where the idle screw is, i know its a dumb question but i dont have a manual yet.. Thanks guys

Do you mean on the carburator or the one to adjust how far you can push the throttle in to prevent kids from pinning her.

Go to http://www.babbittsonline.com. Click buy oem parts on the left hand side of the page, select honda, atv. The next box is supposed to be the type of bike but its a little hard to figure out at first glance. Scroll down till you find the 300ex and you should see 96 in the set of brackets closest to 300ex. Next change "change assembly" to "Carburetor." I believe what you are looking for is number 32 and 33 on the diagram. Check the legend below to be sure. Hope this helps and be sure to tell us how you make out.
