problem with a blaster

kick starters frozen it only moved a couple of times a little down when kicked real hard.... any help and if please leave steps into solving this problem

Check the engine oil is it low, if not check gears(roll it while in gear back and fourth), try again, if not take sparkplug out and try to kick it, Dont put too much weight on kicking it. tell me what happens.

Did you seize your engine? If the kickstarter wont go down your piston might be seized
