I've a got a honda 250 two wheel drive atv........first year they came out.....what is involved in tuning them up? also how do you go about adjusting the carb........my brother in law messed with it...........

Is it the stock carb or an aftermarket carb? as far as tuning its the basics of tuning anything, what kinda shape is it in? does it need a top end? did you do a compression test? clean out the carbs, filters exc..
