350 banshee choke

hi everyone i just bought a 2001 banshee and when i pull the choke out to start it cold it will not stay out it keeps going in so it is kinda hard to try and hold it out while kicking it over any clues as to why this happens thank you

Sounds like the carbs a gummed up and its creating a vacuum when pulled out.

the carbs are not gummed up the choke is not catching some how to stay out it is like this with out even trying to start it

your problem is most likely that the choke tube between the carbs is missing. it is pretty much a piece of gas line that spans from one nipples to the other. if i am correct can you inform me how you quad runs once its started. i just rebuilt my top end and forgot to put it back in also. have been tryin to diagnose why it has been running so shitty once i start it. just figured it out tonight but its to late to try it.
