Warrior 350 - Brakes Locked Up??

My buddies were riding my quad the past weekend and we were all switching on and off until i noticed that the front brakes were locked up. The quad was just overhauled and i was wondering if anyone knows why this happened? also one of the guys riding it got stuck in some mud so could this have something to do with it?

mud clogged the rotor with a small rock, or the mud packed int he brake caliper on the opposite side pressing the fluid to the other cylinder causing the lock up, or a rock wedged in between the caliper and the rim. The posibilies are endless.
