I'm not sure if you have had this answered yet didnt look at the date on the post. What kinda of riding do you genrally due on this bike? alot of the style suspencion you chose is going to depend on the style of riding. you want it to be comfertable to ride but handle the riding style you do. If you want an aftermarket set of a-arms and what size and style?

Most of the riding that I do with this particular quad is trail & track. The 250ex that I have is in really good shape cause I take good care of it as I do with my 2 other quads.I do race but I don't race with this one. I just think it's time to put some new parts on it since I'm driving it a little harder than a regular trail rider.I was looking at Worcs A-arms & for the shocks I was thinking maybe Elka what do you think?

The elka shocks are good. they would be a good choice for a trail and or race bike. I dont have much experience or know anyone that runs the worcs a-arms. If its trails and mx style you do mostly I would say go with a +1 or +2 style a arm on the front. If you would like I can get some pricing on some a-arms from my builder.

This is a hard choice as you can imagine because shocks are expensive (period). But it doesn't matter anyway cause I still need them for my quad cause my old shocks are shot.Hey, I checked out your web site niiiiice! But you guys are to far away from me I'm in N.J. . Like you said if I'm doing trail riding & track which is an mx track that I go to and these tracks are hard on my 250ex then I guess Elka would be the best since I'm riding a little rough with it.Thanks! :) for helping me out & if you have any more suggestions for me let me know.

Elka is way over rated IMO.. The new HLS suspension by Gt Thunder/HMF are suppose to work real nice on the smaller machines 250ex/raptor 250 etc. Look into them. And deff go plus something the ex is very narrow.
Fox Floats will also work outstanding but may be a little pricey

Sorry fellas for taking time to answer you guys back I haven't been able to use my lab top because it had a virus....Anywaaaay! I have Elka shocks on my old 06 400ex that I don't even race with any more cause I'm in the 450 class now and I know that there expensive "OH very expensive".I was thinking about putting Worcs shocks cause their reasonable but my parts guy can only find the 2 front shocks not the back same for Elka 2 fronts no back.Which is a concern cause I definitely need the back to.I'm gonna check out the GT thunders that your talking about and I'll get back to ya.
