i have a 2000 warrior that unfourtantly sits way to much..it would not run so i took off the carb and cleaned the bowl out and sprayed the holes i could get to, put it back and it ran...ran kinda bad, it will idle w/ the choke half on but it "pops"..i can ride it but itsnot right.someone said it could be the "choke circut"?..i've rebuilt carbs before but this is a more complicated carb than i'm used to..i believe it works off vacum in order for the slide to open and close..it also appears to have some sort of accelerator pump on it..any tips, tricks, helpful hints before i start takine this thing apart..thanks

Yes, you definitely have a problem with the choke and it could be anything from not getting enough air in the choke to to the air not flowing right through the filter do to some minor blocks.I know this because it happen to my sons dirt bike & quad.Bottom line get it checked out because again it could be anything.

Been having a similar problem with my son's 08-Raptor 80.Every time we closed the choke the quad would shut off slowly and his 01-pw50 did the same thing. We brought it to the mech and it turned out to be dirty carbs on both of them. That's why I said it could be anything:) ! Your welcome, any time;) .
