Yea got a few bux wrapped up in it, Looking at gusseting the frame this winter . a Candy blue PC. Then have BCS do this motor aswell.

Do you still have the 05 450r? cause that bike is also sweet! I like when ppl take of their things especially quads.A lot of ppl don't understand how important that is.I did some mods that cost me a lot of money on both my quads, the 01-Honda 250ex & my 08-YFZ 450 but you my friend put a lot of money into both your quads:D ! And I say this with a lot respect.I've been trying to post my pics on the forum but unfortunately I'm having problems with the pic size.I don't get it cause I've been posting all my pics on other forums and I have noooo problems posting them.If your interested in seeing my pics let me know.Also did you do any mods to the engine? I mean on both.

On the 05, I had BCS Performance do the motor, CP 12:1, 208 Webcam +1mm exhaust valves, knife rod on the crank.. whole works...The 08's motor is stock for now:p Planning on Web 208, maybe a small port job.

That's some major work you have done on the 05.All the mods that you have put in I'm sure the bike is mad fast right? What was reason for all the mods on both quads? Was it for racing? or for other reasons? Cause all the work that I did on mine is for racing.I had to keep up with everybody else or I'm left in the dust :D .Some ppl out here in N.J. spend a lot of money on mods and don't even ride it, it's just for show.And that's the reason why I race in PA. much nicer ppl no show offs.I notice you a uni jet kit on the 05 Honda.I just put uni kit and an FMF 4.1 exhaust in on my 01 Honda ex and "man" I gotta tell ya! What improvement that was for me cause I got more hp and better performance.Yeah, man your right I should go to photo bucket cause that's the only way I would be able to post pics thanks.

its not a ui jet kit.. is a uni filter.. bcs did the jetting on the 05 while i had ti dynoed.. Dynoed at 52hp w. NO porting. Yea I race. D34.. Bclass

Pomarico77 did your sponsors help you with some of the parts? Cause Honda is sponsoring me and they help me with a lot of apparel and they give me a 40% discount on parts for my bike and I can't complain it's a good deal.As long as I'm in the top 10 I'm o.k.

-Sponsors and a lot of hard work making money lol... TAG gives me 50% off all there products. Get Sprockets for near nothing. I have a great PC'er in New Windsor NY he hooks me up. Few other places.

I just started racing hardcore this summer with a Honda trx 400ex.My 450 is something I race with my friends because I love speed but I don't compete with it.O.k. let me make myself clear, I own 3 quads an 01-Honda 250ex,08-Honda trx 400ex and a Yamaha yfz450.I race a Honda 400ex in the Women amateur class.That's why I was admiring both of your Honda's.My trx 400ex is strictly for racing not play.Because their is so much money involved in that quad there is no way I can play with it the way I do with my other quads.I need nothing for the 400ex cause it's all taking care of by sponsors as far as getting parts but I still have to pay but Honda gives me 40% off.Now obviously Honda cannot sponsor me if I'm racing a Yamaha.I'm sorry if I didn't mention my Honda trx 400ex in my other treads.The reason for that is because I favor my 250ex & yfz450 more than anything else.I apologize again:)

On the 400ex I have a lot of up grades and spent a lot of time getting this to the way it is.For starters I have an ims roll cage,pro armor nerf bars,Elka shocks,pro taper grips,uni air filter,uni jet kit and a pro armor bumper and maxxi tires also ss rims.Honda helped me put a lot the parts on this quad for free.To tell you the truth I wish I could race for Yamaha but the Yamaha guys are cheap and nasty:mad: and in the dealer ship where I got my Yami they are no better.In my opinion I'll stick with the Honda guys for racing.

No, they put it on for free I payed for the parts.Like I said before they give me a discount.I've been racing for Honda for 10yrs I am not a pro racer and that I say very proudly.Too much competition out there with the women their worse than the men.When I race the guys from Honda are there at the track all the time every week end checking me out.Anybody who races hardcore knows this, right or wrong? Anybody who races atv's beginner,amateur or pro whatever class your in knows that you pay for your parts unless your John Natalie.That's why a lot young kids who race quads get talked into racing dirt bikes cause they don't spend the money we're spending.Take for instance Jay Law all he has to do is show up for the race.He spends no money on anything he races or wears.Don't him like to much cause he's cocky and obnoxious.By the way it's the women's 400 amateur class now, but I'm thinking about quitting to much money has been spent already and far too much competition out there.These women take this thing seriously is not a race any more for them and I'm not having fun anymore:( .

I understand how you feel about Jay Law but I know this guy personally.This guy comes down to practice at the track in Atco raceway park and I can't begin to tell you how much of an you know what he is!!! Believe me I liked him and respected him for his amazing talent and for what he has accomplished and I do give him props but all that respect that I had for him all went away the day I met him.This guy has a short temper and does some outrages stuff which is sometimes funny but to a point.I hope we're talking about the same Jay Law who comes from N.J. Put this way if I had the connections he has I would walk the straight and narrow because opportunities like that don't come around often especially in this type of business.
