Fellow Quadders: My son got into an accident at a local park on his 1998 Yamaha Blaster and the person that hit him died and we are getting sued. The kid that hit my son was trying to take a shortcut going the wrong way on an oval track. . .anyhow my lawyer wants me to find out what the Blaster's manual says about the minimum age someone should be to ride that bike? Anybody got one?

Wow!:eek: I am very sorry to hear that.The age difference goes by how many cc's the quad is.If it's a Yamaha then it should go by 50cc-6yrs & older,80-90cc8-12yrs. & older,150cc-12yrs.& older and anything over 250cc-16yrs & older.If you don't have the manual, you can get it at rocky mountain atv.com they usually have older manuals that can give you what your looking for.I really hope the best for you & your son.:(
