Need advice. First time quad buyer

I have a chance to get a 2000 Blaster with a bent frame for $850. Runs great. I can get a frame off ebay for under $100. Would this be a good deal to switch it all over? And if so would it even have the power to get me around the dunes and logging roads? I'm 6'2" and weigh about 240lbs. I know they make upgrades for it for more power so that would be an option in the future...

That blaster is way to small for you. My 14yr old kid has one and it is perfect for him at 5'2". I am 5'10" 240lbs the blaster is enough to move me around but it is way to small for me. If I were you I would pass on the blaster. Just my .02

i own a 2000 blaster and i have alot of fun on it i am 6 2 220 and it brings me around just fine it seems small at first but once you get use to it you can really throw it around and have fun on it. plus try to get them down on the price a bunch of my friends have blasters and they all bought them for less then a grand in running condition.
