Help! quad isnt running right!

My quad isnt running correctly. when i get it running and start driving, it will start bogging out when i give it throttle and then it will die. i just recently put fresh fuel in it, and same thing, i go down the street and then it will start wanting to die on me.
any ideas?
is it my carburetor?
