yamaha warrior piston brand choice

hi im new to the forum and i had a question that i could not find a tread on.

my 1999 warrior 350 is smoking crazy i burn around 1 litter on oil for an heavy ride of 4h

so i was looking to rebuilt my motor but i dont know witch piston brand to take,i was going whit a wiseco kit but after seeing on a couple of forum people were saying that wiseco piston are to heavy....is that true ????they were saying to leave out the wiseco for the 2 stroke people....

what do you guys think cheaper kit or wiseco????

I don't have an answer for your actual question however please note you might not need to change the piston. Chances are a new set of piston rings and you'll be good to go! Don't forget to hone your cylinder walls while you got the piston out.
